Export Logistics & Delivery

Export Logistics & Delivery

We orchestrate shipment from plant to consignee under agreed Incoterms (FOB, CFR/CIF, DAP/DDP).

Services include inland haulage, port handling, VGM, container stuffing supervision, export customs clearance, and ocean freight booking with schedule options and space protection. We compile and verify complete files—commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin/EUR.1, phytosanitary, bill of lading, insurance—aligned to EU/US/GCC requirements. Milestones are tracked (gate-in, departure, transshipment, arrival) with proactive exceptions management. We optimize landed cost via routing, consolidation, and packaging density, and provide POD and lot traceability through delivery, integrating buyer forwarders when required.

Planing & Strategy

  • Specification-locked execution and controls
  • Dual-sourcing with capacity buffers
  • Milestone tracking and OTIF KPIs

We translate buyer forecasts into spec-locked execution plans spanning origin procurement, certified processing, compliant packaging, and shipping.

Our S&OP cadence aligns crop calendars, capacity reservations, and vessel space; risk is mitigated via dual-sourcing, safety stocks, and alternate pack lines. We model lead times and landed cost, define QA checkpoints, and pre-build export files to compress critical paths. Change control governs deviations; KPIs (OTIF, yield, nonconformance) drive continuous improvement and transparent reporting through dispatch.

We’re Here to Help You

Which Incoterms do you support?
FOB, CFR/CIF, DAP/DDP depending on buyer needs. We coordinate inland haulage, port handling, and ocean bookings, aligning documentation responsibilities and risk transfer per selected term.
What documentation is provided?
Export files include invoice, packing list, certificate of origin/EUR.1, phytosanitary, insurance as required, and bill of lading. We verify accuracy, signatures, stamps, and data consistency.
What are typical lead times?
Typical lead times reflect crop readiness, processing load, and vessel schedules. We prebook capacity, build buffers, and provide milestone tracking from gate-in to arrival notifications.
Can you work with our forwarder?
We integrate client-nominated forwarders or use our contracts. Handover covers VGM, SI, verified documents, container release, and cutoff times; responsibilities clarified by the Incoterm.
How do you ensure container stuffing quality?
We supervise container stuffing, pallet security, and weight distribution; verify humidity, vents, lashing, and seals. Photos and stuffing reports accompany packing lists for traceability.
Can you arrange cargo insurance?
Yes—cargo insurance can be arranged under CIF/CIP or buyer-arranged elsewhere. We provide declared values, packing details, voyage data, and certificates; claims documentation prepared if required.
How do you manage demurrage/detention risk?
We monitor demurrage, detention, and free-time windows; align cutoffs; coordinate pre-clearance where possible. Exceptions trigger escalation, root cause logging, and corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
Which freight modes and routing?
Ocean FCL is default; LCL consolidation on request. Route selection balances transit, transshipments, and reliability; reefer generally unnecessary for dried goods but humidity control considered.
How do you provide shipment visibility?
We generate shipment milestones—gate-in, onboard, transshipment, arrival—plus EDI where available. Exceptions are flagged proactively with corrective options; POD and lot traceability close the shipment.
How do you handle customs and inspections?
We manage customs export clearance, HS code confirmation, inspections, fumigation only when mandated, and coordination with destination brokers; regulatory changes monitored and communicated promptly.
