Receiving & Pre-inspection
Sampling, moisture check, foreign-matter pre-clean; lot ID and traceability.
Upon arrival, lots are seal-verified, identified, and quarantined. We record supplier docs, temperature/humidity, and cross-contamination risks
(allergens/organic).
Sampling follows ISO 948 composite plans; tests cover moisture (LOD), bulk density, sieve profile, volatile oil (where applicable), and visual foreign matter with
hand-magnet checks. We screen for pests, mycotoxin risk factors, and residue documentation. Nonconforming material is tagged and held for disposition;
conforming lots receive IDs, retains, and release to processing with full chain-of-custody.
