Finished product passes through inline metal detection (CCP) with validated sensitivities per specification; hourly challenge tests are documented.
Any reject isolates the affected lot segment for investigation and rework. Conforming units proceed to pack-out: calibrated weight checks, liner insertion, heat sealing, tamper evidence, and GS1 barcode labeling. Cartons and pallets carry lot IDs; packing lists, photos, and container seal numbers complete traceability for dispatch.
