Size Calibration / Grinding
Grafter machinesets sieve profile; grinding machineto TBC/powder.
Pre-screened product enters the calibration line, where classifier screens and the grafter unit set the specified mesh distribution.
Metered feed then passes through the grinder to produce TBC or powder. We control screen aperture, rotor speed, gap, and residence to hit particle-size and bulk-density bands while limiting heat to protect volatiles. Inline magnets capture fines; periodic sieve analyses verify PSD. All settings, yields, and deviations are logged per lot.
