Lots are pre-qualified through field visits, supplier audits, and composite sampling to lock moisture, sieve profile, bulk density, volatile oil (where applicable), and foreign-matter thresholds. We coordinate regenerative/standard practices per crop, segregate organic streams, and enforce pesticide MRL compliance via ISO 17025 testing. Traceability is maintained from field to receiving with documented lot IDs and retains. Commercially, we blend contracted acreage and spot procurement to secure volume through seasonality, while safeguarding pricing and lead-time with alternative sources and contingency allocations.

How do you qualify suppliers?

How are buyer specifications enforced at origin?
Specifications become acceptance criteria: moisture limits, sieve profile/bulk-density bands, volatile oil (if applicable), residue thresholds. Lots are pre-qualified, documented, and released only after tests pass.
What traceability do you maintain?
Each lot carries a unique ID linked to farm, supplier batch, intake date, and retains, with chain-of-custody records from field sampling through intake and release.
How do you manage pesticide residues?
We enforce input restrictions and pre-harvest intervals, then run targeted and multi-residue LC-MS/MS screens to EU MRLs. Nonconforming lots are rejected or reworked and documented.
Do you supply certified organic?
Yes. We source certified-organic lots from approved producers, maintain segregation, verify certificates/transaction documents, and preserve traceability using buffer zones, input logs, and contamination-prevention procedures.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Typically pallet-level per product/cut. We consolidate smallholder harvests and coordinate call-offs to meet volume and packaging requirements while protecting consistency, seasonality constraints, and pricing efficiency.
How do you ensure continuity through seasonality?

What sampling plans do you use?
Sampling follows ISO 948 with composite size proportional to batch weight. Acceptance uses AQL plans; tests include moisture, foreign matter, microbiology, volatile oil, and residues.
What are typical sourcing lead times?

What sourcing documentation do clients receive?
